The terroir here features quality clay-limestonesoil, excellent sun exposure, slope vineyard with fine natural drainage, excellent water retention thanks to the limestone subsoil etc. All of this factors give both estates tremendous wine-producing potential. Furthermore, the white clay soil stores warmth remarkably well, contributing to early ripening.
